Enjoy Your Pomegranate

Pomegranates are yummy but messy to eat! Here is a cool less mess way to get those yummy jewels out of your pomegranate! Here are a few fun facts about the pomegranate:

high in antioxidants

high in Vitamin C

may lower cholesterol

great with cocktails

viewed as powerful aphrodisiacs

 

 

Cut your pomegranate in half

Pomegranate

 

fill a large bowl with water. submerge one half of your pomegranate in the water and break up. gently pick out the seeds.

now simply drain your seeds discarding the membranes. dry on paper towel and serve!
