If you haven’t figured it out already, I LOVE chicken wings! Here is another chicken wing recipe that’s baked but crispy like it’s been fried!
Baked Crispy Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- pack of chicken wings
- 1tbps baking powder
- 3/4tsp salt
- 3/4tsp pepper
- tossing sauce such as GG Sauce or Buffalo Sauce
Instructions
- adjust oven racks to low and high middle positions. then preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- set a wire rack on a baking sheet and spray rack with non-stick oil.
- prepare chicken by washing and patting dry.
- mix baking powder, salt and pepper in bowl and toss chicken in mixture.
- place chicken on a wire rack and place on the lower oven rack for 30 minutes.
- move chicken to higher oven rack and turn the heat up to 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- they should be crisp and golden brown, set aside for 5 minutes then toss in desired sauce and served!
