Crab and Cumber

This easy side dish or any time snack was inspired by a favorite Japanese restaurant. This 3 ingredient salad is ready in minutes and full of flavor. Cucumbers are truly underrated! Check out my Cool Green Salad recipe.

Crab and Cumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, cut 1/8 inch thick and halved
  • 1 cup imitation crab, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ponzu sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together. Set in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve with more ponzu and top with crab.
