This creamy gnocchi with crab is easy and delicious! You can add any meat to it and always switch up the seasoning and add mushrooms or leeks for examples. I’m going to tell you how I did this simple decadent dish.
Creamy Gnocchi with King Crab
Ingredients
- 1lb king crab legs, cooked
- 1lb gnocchi
- 1tbsp butter
- 1 shallot, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and get your skillet hot with butter.
- Add your shallots and sauté for about 5-7 minutes. Add in your garlic and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in your white wine and reduce by half. About 10 minutes. During that time, remove meat from crab legs and set aside. Cook gnocchi as directed on package.
- Add in your heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add in lemon juice, parmesan, salt and pepper. Stir and turn off heat.
- Toss in your gnocchi and crab meat. Give a good stir then plate with some fresh parsley.
