We all know water is good for us and we should drink it every day (6 glasses a day to be exact). But water can be so blah and nasty at times. Sometimes I just want that juice with all that sweet goodness. But let’s face it, too much sugar isn’t good. Plus I don’t drink soda and neither should you. (Even though I do indulge in a Baja Blast every blue moon.) So, let’s infuse our water with natures naturals! Sweet fruit flavors without all the extra calories and sugar. Plus the antioxidants and vitamins you get from fruit. This is a great way to make you want to drink water, simply because it looks pretty and it gives your water flavor. Drinking water can help with weight loss, improving your skin, flushing toxins, keeping you hydrated so you won’t pass out! List goes on and on.
I did my infused water in store bought bottles and I stuffed the fruit in. So these are fun for on the go. Plus if I happen to leave my bottle it’s no big deal, despise of losing a fancy bottle. There are nice infused water bottles out there. With the plastic water bottles I can only use for a week, cause I can’t get the fruit out. I do refill them through out the week with my filtered water pitcher. Its all what you prefer. I do have two big infused pitchers that I keep in my fridge. You can put in what ever fruit, spice and herb combinations of your liking. I will list below my combinations. Get healthy, drink water!
