Happy New Year everyone! Hope this year fills you with so much abundance in love, health and finances! Seafood Boil
Ingredients
- For Boil:
- 1/2 cup lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup old bay seasoning
- 1 lemon juiced and halved
- 4 corn
- 3 red potatoes halved
- 1 lb king crab
- 1 lobster tail halved
- 6 large shrimp
- For Sauce:
- 1 8 oz good butter
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 10 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp Italian herb seasoning
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil along with your lemon pepper, old bay and lemon.
- Once it start a slow boil, add in your corn and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Carefully add in your king crab and cook for 3 minutes, then add in your lobster and shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain your seafood boil and set aside.
- In a skillet add in your butter and melt over medium low heat.
- Toss in your onion and cook for 5 minutes stirring.
- Add in your garlic, along with your seasons, lemon juice and chicken stock. Mix well and let this simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- Pour this sauce over your seafood boil or how I like to do, dip your seafood in the sauce! Enjoy!

I added boiled egg and steamed broccoli to my seafood boil. You can add sausage or whatever veggie you like. Also feel free to experiment with seasonings and use seasonings you enjoy!
