We all know I love easy flavorful cooking. I was out grocery shopping for a whole other reason and I got hungry. I didnt know what to eat so I created a dish in my head, got the ingredients and viola! A kind of a one pot pasta was created. Tortellini and Sausage bake to be exact. You can easily play around with this recipe by being creative with the veggies and substituting sausage with chicken or no meat at all making it vegetarian. Either way this recipe is easy and yummy. Served along side with fresh greens tossed with creamy ranch, dinner rolls and of course a glass of wine (for my 21 and up)!
