Ingredients

  • 3 cups imitation crab meat chopped
  • 12 shrimps tail off
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni cooked
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp creole seasoning
  • 2 tsp old bay
  • 1 sazon packet
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp dill chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 1/2 onion diced

Instructions

  • Prepare your pasta as directed on box. Set pasta aside to completely cool.
  • To a skillet add your onion, celery and pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes. Set aside to completely cool. (cooking your vegetable is optional, you can simply add them in raw)
  • Boil some water with salt and boil your shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from boiling water and place in ice cold water. Set aside.
  • To a large bowl add in your mayo, miracle whip, lemon juice, dill, sugar and all of your spices. Mix well.
  • Add in your cooked or raw veggies. Mix well. Taste for seasoning.
  • Now add in your crab meats, shrimp and pasta. Mix well and set in fridge for 4 hours or over night so all the flavors can meld together.
  • Garnish with dill and sprinkle some old bay on top and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is very versatile! You can add as much crab meat and shrimp as you like. Season this to your liking. More of less mayo depending how wet or dry you want your Seafood Pasta to be. I did notice when it sat in the fridge covered, it got a little bit drier. I added more miracle whip. Do what you desire!
