If you like shrimp and if you like sausage then this recipe is for you! This one pot stir fry is easy, quick and sure to satisfy!
Shrimp and Sausage Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Raw Shrimp
- 6-12 oz Turkey Sausage
- 1/2 small Onion chopped
- 1 Red Pepper chopped
- 1 small Zucchini chopped
- 5 cloves of Garlic chopped
- a handful of Baby Yellow Potatoes quartered
- 1 tsp Garlic Blend Seasoning
- 1 tsp Old Bay
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. I decided to boil my potatoes for just a little until they were slightly soft. Set aside.
- 2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to pan on medium-high heat. (Turn heat down if needed) Add in your onion, red pepper, sausage and garlic seasoning. Cook 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Drop in your zucchini and potatoes. (Add more olive oil and seasoning if needed) Cook 3-5 minutes.
- 4. Make room for your shrimp, season with old bay. Drop in your garlic as well and cook until shrimp is done about 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir well and taste for seasoning. Serve with rice and top with fresh parsley and a sprinkling of old bay!
