Simple Brussel Sprouts

Been craving these little green bombs for a minute now! Finally got some and roasted them in some duck fat with spices and onions. Here is the recipe for these simple but yummy sprouts!

Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • brussel sprouts
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp duck fat
  • few onions

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. trim the bottom of your brussel sprouts then cut in half.
  3. place sprouts in a bowl. season with pepper, cayenne, salt, duck fat and onions. toss until evenly coated.
  4. spread sprouts on baking sheet and pop in oven for 10-15 minutes, flipping half way through.
  5. let cool and enjoy!
