- Add your patties to the skillet and cook each side for about 4-5 minutes each side. Turn skillet on low and remove patties. Set patties aside.
- In the same skillet, if it’s too oily or a bit messy. Take a paper towel to soak up some of that oil and clean those extra burnt pieces.
- Turn skillet back to medium heat and add your butter, onion and peppers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes.
- Toss in your mushrooms, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and worcestershire sauce. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in your beef broth. Stir and bring to a slight bubble. While that comes up to a bubble. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and hot water. Once broth is bubbly, add your cornstarch.
- Turn heat low, add your heavy cream if you decided to add this and stir well.
- Taste for seasoning. At this time you might want to add more broth or cream. Keep in mind, the more broth or cream you add, you have to season it some more.
- Nestle your patties into the gravy along with any juices accumulated. Smother those patties and cook 2-3 minutes until they heat up. Top with parsley and enjoy!

Notes
∙You can use chicken or beef patties. Keep in mind cook time will be different.
∙Remember that my spirits tell me when to stop seasoning. So my seasoning measurements are “safe measures” add more or less!
∙Play around with your seasonings, use what you like or what you got.
∙You can use another broth such as chicken or veggie. Im sure it will change the taste a bit.
