Eggs in clouds been around but this my first time making them. I love my eggs over easy or scrambled with cheese. But this whipped up egg whites and runny yolk center is different and yummy! Best part is you can add whatever you want to the egg whites once they are whipped up. I added my new favorite seasoning from Savory Spice Shop and some cheese! Pan fried some thin steaks with butter, olive oil and Flavor God! Steak and eggs baby!
Eggs in Cloud
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp seasoning
- sprinkle of cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Prepare your baking sheet, lightly greased.
- Whip your egg whites until stiff peaks, fold in seasoning and cheese.
- Spoon even amounts of mixture on baking sheet, making a well in the center. Pop in oven for 3 minutes.
- Gently pour in your yolks, sprinkle with pepper and pop back in oven for another 3-4 minutes.
- Top with fresh herbs if you like and enjoy!
