Recently I made this for a clients meal prep and they loved it. Its quick, easy and delicious! Tender ground turkey smothered in a general tso sauce with crunchy veggies. I elevated this recipe by using Simply High Extracts CBD olive oil. You can simply use regular olive oil. Serve in bibb lettuce cups or over some jasmine rice. Enjoy!

Asian Turkey Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground turkey
- 2 tbsp Simply High Extracts Olive Oil
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 2 scallions chopped (leave some for garnish)
- 1-2 bell peppers chopped
- 1 cup of general tso sauce
- 2 cups of vegetable slaw shaved red cabbage, broccoli + carrots
- sesame seeds for garnish
- bibb lettuce optional
Instructions
- Add your S.H.E olive oil to your skillet on medium heat. Toss in your bell pepper, scallion and onion. Cook 5 minutes.
- Add in your ground turkey + 1/2 of your general tso sauce. Mix and break down meat to crumbles. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes.
- Your ground turkey should be broken down to crumbles and it will be a bit of juices. Cook until majority of the juices are gone.
- Add in the rest of your sauce, stir. Toss in vegetable slaw. Mix well and turn off heat.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallion. Serve over rice or in Bibb lettuce.
Notes
You can use ground turkey, beef or chicken.
