Add your S.H.E olive oil to your skillet on medium heat. Toss in your bell pepper, scallion and onion. Cook 5 minutes.
Add in your ground turkey + 1/2 of your general tso sauce. Mix and break down meat to crumbles. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes.
Your ground turkey should be broken down to crumbles and it will be a bit of juices. Cook until majority of the juices are gone.
Add in the rest of your sauce, stir. Toss in vegetable slaw. Mix well and turn off heat.
Garnish with sesame seeds and scallion. Serve over rice or in Bibb lettuce.
