This is my new favorite beef recipe! As y’all know I mainly cook chicken, turkey or seafood. But sometimes I’ll crave a little beef. I would always see these Korean ribs that are cut completely different than any rib I’ve ever seen. I knew I had to run over to my local Asian mart to find this specific cut of rib. I used my pantry staple Bachans Japanese BBQ sauce to marinate them along with some green onions. I let these marinate over night then I threw ‘em on my black stone and finished these off with more Bachans, sesame seed and green onions. Served along side some rice and cucumber! Whew! A must try recipe!
