In a large ziplock bag. Add in your beef, bachans, green onion and nanami togarashi. Zip your bag and massage everything together. Marinate in fridge over night.
On your grill, griddle or cast iron skillet turn the heat to a medium high. Add your sesame oil and cook your beef 3-5 minutes each side or until they are caramelized and cooked through. Drizzle on some more Bachans for more flavor and caramelization.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
