I love me a good chicken philly! Juicy chicken and mushrooms. The snap from the green peppers and onions. Gooey cheese on a crusty bread slathered in mayo! Im drooling just thinking about it. Making these just got easier with this one pan chicken philly recipe!
One Pan Chicken Philly
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast sliced or diced
- 2 greenbell peppers sliced
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1-2 cups mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp garlic + onion seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp pepper
- 5 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat your pan to medium-high heat and add your olive oil. Let the oil get hot but not smoking hot, then add your chicken along with your garlic + onion seasoning. Cook 5 minutes.
- Toss in your peppers and onion along with your salt and pepper. Mix and cook 3-5 minutes constantly stirring.
- Add in your mushrooms and more olive oil if needed. Cook 5 minutes, add your garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Everything should be mixed well and cooked! Lay over your provolone and add a dash of water and cover til cheese melts!
- Get some good sub rolls and assemble with mayo with lettuce and tomato! Enjoy!

*Make sure to prep everything first, this recipe moves quickly.
**If you don’t like mushrooms, don’t add them. Add whatever you like!
