Ever since I met my boo and learned his love for salmon. Im forever looking for different ways on how to make it. I came across Chef Zee’s ‘Salmon Guisado’ and had to give it go! It was different than any salmon dish I had. The salmon was shortly stewed in a robust tomato sauce full of herbs and spices. I followed her recipe tweaking a few things. This recipe is worth trying and sure to be a new favorite!

Can’t wait to try it with the cilantro as I assume it will be even better! Also I used Japanese eggplants as I don’t like bell peppers and it was delicious. I love your website, every recipe turns out great.
