Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Add sausage to a shallow pan. Cook and break up sausage to a crumble.
Once browned, add your butter, salt and pepper. Mix through.
Add your flour and cook 1-2 minutes. Slowly mix in your milk. Add heavy cream and worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Bring mixture to a simmer. Taste for seasoning. Mean time get your biscuits ready.
Once mixture is bubbling, give it a good stir and top with biscuits. Pop in the oven for 16 minutes.*
Mix together melted butter and seasoning and brush this on top of the biscuits when done.
Let the pan cool for like 5 minutes and serve!
*After the 16 minutes I turned my broiler on low to give the biscuits a nice browning.
