Soak your kitchen twine and set your grill to 350 degrees.
Slice your pineapple on each side to make planks. One pineapple will make 4 planks.
Brush teriyaki sauce over salmon and top with cilantro. Place salmon on one of the pineapple planks and top with another pineapple plank. Secure planks with twine. Do this with the other 3 salmon filets.
Grill covered for 5-7 minutes. Turn over and remove the top plank by cutting the twine. Brush with more teriyaki sauce and grill for 5-10 more minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Serve with one of the pineapple planks, brush with more teriyaki sauce if you would like and take the other pineapple plank and squeeze the juices over salmon. Enjoy with white rice and asparagus!
