Heat your olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add in your ground turkey. Break meat up as you cook and cook until it’s no longer pink.
Drain most of the grease. Add in all of seasoning plus cornstarch and stir until everything is combined.
Add in your water, milk and pasta. Stir then cover with lid and let cook for 8-10 minutes.
Turn heat off and add in your cheese. Mix well then top with parsley.
Notes
You can season this however you want. I used cavatappi pasta. You can use elbow, shell or rotini pasta. Also use whatever cheese you desire. Add in onions, peppers or a can of rotel. This is a very versatile recipe!
