Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1 red chili sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add your water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and ginger in a large pot. Mix well. Place chicken in and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, turn heat to a medium-low or to a slight simmer. Cook for 20 minutes, turning the chicken 10 minutes in.
  • When 20 minutes is up. Move chicken to the side or take chicken out and reduce sauce on medium-high heat until it’s thick.
  • Turn heat off and place chicken in tossing in thick sauce. Garnish with red chili and parsley. Enjoy!

Notes

Notes: 
You can use bone in or out chicken thighs, breast even chicken wings. Just be mindful of the cooking times.
No fresh ginger or garlic? You can use 1-2 tsp of powdered ginger and garlic. Don't like one or other or either. You can leave it out.
