Pepper Steak Ramen

Ingredients
  

  • flank steak
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water mixed together
  • chinese noodles
  • sesame seeds
  • -
  • The Sauce/Marinade:
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • fish sauce
  • sriracha
  • brown sugar
  • garlic cloves chopped or garlic powder
  • sesame seeds
  • green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • For starters I did not measure any of the ingredients for the sauce. I poured and tasted it as I added each ingredient. You can also use a store bought sauce/marinade.
  • Let your steak chill out in the sauce for a few or over night. If you’re in a rush you can just go ahead and cook it.
  • Heat your skillet on medium heat and add your oil. Toss in your steak and sauce mix around and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Toss in your peppers and cook for another 5 minutes or until your steak is cooked how you like it.
  • Turn heat on low or off. Add in cornstarch slurry and mix until sauce thickens.
  • Add in your noodles and mix until everything is incorporated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
