For starters I did not measure any of the ingredients for the sauce. I poured and tasted it as I added each ingredient. You can also use a store bought sauce/marinade.
Let your steak chill out in the sauce for a few or over night. If you’re in a rush you can just go ahead and cook it.
Heat your skillet on medium heat and add your oil. Toss in your steak and sauce mix around and cook for 5 minutes.
Toss in your peppers and cook for another 5 minutes or until your steak is cooked how you like it.
Turn heat on low or off. Add in cornstarch slurry and mix until sauce thickens.
Add in your noodles and mix until everything is incorporated. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Enjoy!
