Season you salmon with your cajun and GG seasoning. Add 1 tbsp butter to a medium-high hot skillet and brown your salmon. Set Salmon aside once finished cooking about 5-7 minutes.
Wipe your pan with a clean paper towel and clean majority salmon bits and oil out pan.
Add 1 tbsp butter and garlic paste. Mix and cook 1-2 minutes stirring.
Pour in your heavy cream and add your pesto, dijon mustard and truffle hot sauce. Mix well. Taste for seasoning, sometimes I add a pinch of salt and another scoop of pesto or dash of truffle hot sauce.
Let your sauce simmer on low for 3 minutes then add in your cheese and mix. Turn heat on low and add in your paste plus spinach. Mix until spinach is wilted.
Add your salmon back in and break it into chunks, gently mix into pasta and enjoy
