A Really Good Pasta!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small salmon filets or 1 large salmon filet
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp green goddess seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp truffle hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan or Italian blend shredded cheese
  • 2-3 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 box of cavatappi pasta cooked

Instructions
 

  • Season you salmon with your cajun and GG seasoning. Add 1 tbsp butter to a medium-high hot skillet and brown your salmon. Set Salmon aside once finished cooking about 5-7 minutes.
  • Wipe your pan with a clean paper towel and clean majority salmon bits and oil out pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp butter and garlic paste. Mix and cook 1-2 minutes stirring.
  • Pour in your heavy cream and add your pesto, dijon mustard and truffle hot sauce. Mix well. Taste for seasoning, sometimes I add a pinch of salt and another scoop of pesto or dash of truffle hot sauce.
  • Let your sauce simmer on low for 3 minutes then add in your cheese and mix. Turn heat on low and add in your paste plus spinach. Mix until spinach is wilted.
  • Add your salmon back in and break it into chunks, gently mix into pasta and enjoy

Notes

Any kind of protein like chicken or shrimp would go great with this!
