Mix in your bulgogi sauce with your ground beef. Add to a medium high hot wok or pan. Flatten out your meat and don’t touch it! Let it juice up until moist juices are gone. About 5-7 minutes, maybe longer. Towards the 6-7 mark toss in your sliced onion. Once majority of the juices are gone start to chop and stir your beef around. The bottom should be seared and crispy. Aggressively stir and mix. Add in more bulgogi sauce, mix. Top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
