Bulgogi Ground Beef*
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef 80/20
- 4 tbsp bulgogi sauce
- 1/2 sweet onion sliced
- 2 green onions chopped
- seasame seeds
Instructions
- Mix in your bulgogi sauce with your ground beef. Add to a medium high hot wok or pan. Flatten out your meat and don’t touch it! Let it juice up until moist juices are gone. About 5-7 minutes, maybe longer. Towards the 6-7 mark toss in your sliced onion. Once majority of the juices are gone start to chop and stir your beef around. The bottom should be seared and crispy. Aggressively stir and mix. Add in more bulgogi sauce, mix. Top with green onion and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
Notes
For the cucumber salad:
Cucumbers sliced to your desired thickness
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Sesame oil
Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
White sugar I didn’t measure anything. I just go by taste. I will say add 1tbsp of all the liquids and a pinch of the chili flakes and sugar. Then just build flavor from there by adding more or less of these ingredients. Just go with the vibes 🙂 Plus I got these ingredients from my local Asian market, I keep these stocked for quick marinades.
